CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW policies:

Please be aware of my cancellation and no-show policies before booking an appointment.

I ask that you cancel or send me a notice minimum 24 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. You can cancel or make modifications to your appointment via the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of your booking, by logging into your Jane account to view your upcoming appointments, by text or email.

Please understand that I am a solo practitioner running this business on my own, so this allows me enough time to contact another patient to take your appointment time. 

Appointment bookings require a credit card to be kept on file at the time of appointment. Credit cards will not be charged unless you miss or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your booked time. A fee equivalent to 50% of your booked appointment will be charged to your credit card on file if you do not show for your scheduled appointment and for last-minute cancellations. NO REFUNDS are given for no-show and last-minute cancellations.  

I am human and understand that unexpected events can occur, so feel free to contact me for us to discuss if this happens to you.

Only 2 NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS will be tolerated per patient. You will be unable to book with me again if you no-show repeatedly.
